Erika Gary is a certified fitness instructor through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America).She was also trained and certified as a Tae Bo® instructor by fitness guru and Tae Bo® creator, Billy Blanks. Erika has been an exercise enthusiast since childhood. She has over 15 years of dance training, including ballet, tap, and jazz. Erika has a passion for teaching group exercise classes and doing personal training to help her clients reach their fitness goals. Her training style includes various cardio, calisthenics, plyometrics, and muscle toning exercises, all using little to no equipment. With this method, Erika’s goal is to equip clients with an arsenal of exercises they can do anytime and anywhere, to prevent clients from having to rely on conventional gym equipment to get fit. Her mission is to motivate her clients to be consistent and form the proper habits to make fitness a lifestyle.
